Q: A great HMW did not receive enough votes to go to the next Step. Can I move it forward anyway?

If the HMW did not receive enough votes to move forward, you can proceed in two ways:
- Ask your team leader to reopen the step. Place more votes on the HMW you wish to move forward
- Ask your team leader to their use votes in order to bring the HMW through
