  • Enable custom sprints - provides a way of defining alternative sprint journeys and client-specific DT processes.
  • Update Analytics to support multiple/custom sprint processes.
  • Update PDF output to support multiple/custom sprint processes.
  • Additional configuration options added in control panel for configuring number of votes and notes to take through for each step.
  • Remove "I'm Done" as it was confusing. Once all votes or recommended number of submissions has been added, the user is automatically removed from the "waiting on..." list.
  • Allow multiple team leaders to be specified for any sprint.
  • Provide a button for admins, coaches and leaders to Reopen a locked step that has been completed from within the step page.
  • Improve the step status messages for leaders to let them know that they can open the next step (rather than it just stating that the step is "Waiting for the leader").
  • Improve the left-hand navigation so that it is always visible showing where the user is in the process.
  • Improve performance when navigating between step pages - only the data refreshes (i.e. the notes) rather than the whole page.
  • Update the Coaching "Virtual Workshop" agendas, checklists and facilitation decks with for the updated 5-intervention process.
  • Remove sprint-specific guidance downloads from the home page (they are all still available from within the individual sprint steps' guidance tabs).

  Bug fixes

  • Fix issue where whiteboard canvas could not be dragged when using a touch device (mobile/tablet).
  • Fix issue where attempting to upload a video that is too large would report the issue but continue uploading the file anyway.
  • Fix issue where multiple videos could be uploaded against the same note simultaneously but only one could be cancelled.
  • Fix issue where non-ASCII characters would not render in Chat or Comments.
  • Fix issue where email addresses from a domain name with numbers (e.g. "163.com") would not be accepted by the application when trying to register new users.
  • Fix issue where long domain names would flow outside the small note cards on step pages when added in the "Optional URL" field.
  • Fix issue on whiteboard where, after dragging the canvas, elements could not be moved without resetting the zoom.
  • Fix issue in full-screen mode where the "+" Add button could be dragged off the page by scrolling instead of remaining anchored to the top-right corner.
  • Fix issue where the step zoom control could be dragged off the page.
  • Fix issue where clicking "Add Comment" with no text entered closed the popup and did nothing.
  • Correct a number of small spelling mistakes.
  • Fix issue in Internet Explorer 11 and Edge browsers where moving the zoom slider all the way to the left in a whiteboard or template note caused the zoom to fail and be unresponsive until the note was re-opened or the zoom was reset.
  • Fix issue on Firefox where the home page would not display correctly on small/mobile screens.
  • Fix issue that can occur intermittently causing the error page to be shown repeatedly.

  • Fix issue that caused Video and Video Pitch notes to display incorrectly and not allow uploading of content.
  • Fix issue where the user's remaining submission count on a step would not update when a note was added.
  • Fix layout of note headers in the workspace so that comments and attachments can display up to 99 each before wrapping onto a second line.
  • Fix issue where deleting a Video note can take a very long time to complete and trigger a back-end error to be logged.

  Bug fixes

  • Fix issue where a 3rd-party component can cause sprint user sessions to be dropped and require the user to login again.

  • Minor layout fixes to workspace notes when voting option is displayed.
  • Fix issue where, in rare cases, a user may receive an error popup when searching for images in a template or whiteboard note if he or she has left the page inactive for too long.
  • Remove legacy calendar export. All recent calendar exports (in the last 3 months) will continue to work and all existing legacy calendar requests that are still active have passed their completion date.
  • Fix issue serializing error messages from anti-virus (e.g. for bad file/request/data).

  • Improve the left-navigation behaviour within a sprint and clicking on the navigation "circles" displays the navigation list instead of reloading the page.

  • Fix issue where the Create Sprint fails and the error page is displayed when a user does not input the team members.

  • Fix issue where the Analytics page errors if there are no team members in the sprint.
  • Fix issue where users with an apostrophe in their names (e.g. O'Connor) causes errors to be logged in the sprint pages.
  • Fix issue where the "Show the World" Step is locked in the Timeline tab of the Control Panel.
  • Fix issue where the events in the calendar displayed in the Control Panel and Dashboard would be ordered incorrectly if set to the same time.
  • Minor fixes to the PDF layout.

  • Fix issue where people trying to change/set their password with an old email (before the 1.7.3 release) are redirected to an error page.
  • Fix site admin issue where once a new user has been added to an account, clicking on his/her name will cause an error page.
  • Update the database processing/connection to reduce the possibility of "deadlock" errors occurring and provide smart retry for most actions.
  • Fix issue where for certain users, clicking on the "View Output" link in the Show The World step would redirect them to the home page rather than show the output.
  • Fix a security issue in SSO login where the user authenticated by the 3rd party identity provider was not validated to ensure that Sprintbase expected it to use that specific SSO provider.
