We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to reflect changes we’ve made to strengthen your privacy rights. This is part of our ongoing commitment to you around how we use your data and keep it safe and includes changes to address the standards introduced by the European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

- We’ve clarified the personally identifiable information we hold about you – this is limited to your name, email address and an optional avatar picture.
- We provide an option to view this message at any time and “Opt out” via your profile page. This will remove all of your personally identifiable information but will also remove access to the system and related services.
- The data we collect is only used to:
- Log you in and Identify you within the system;
- Contact you via email in relation to sprints you are working on;
- Contact you via email for marketing purposes ONLY if you have explicitly opted in;
- Analyze usage patterns & identify application issues using Sentry & Application Insights.
- We do not distribute, sell, share or use in any way other than listed above any of the personally identifiable information we hold about you.
- We do not hold any other personally identifiable or sensitive data about you (such as physical address, professional or employment information, biometric information, social security, passport or other official identifiers).
