Sprintbase Spotlight Series: How to take your remote innovation work to the next level

How can we help people achieve bigger and better things with remote design thinking?

This is the question we ask ourselves everyday. Ever since we launched Sprintbase in 2016, we’ve been constantly adapting and improving the platform in response to our users’ feedback.

We’ve seen people all over the world do some incredible innovation work online. From young innovators doing design thinking schoolwork, to business leaders transforming their offer to meet changing customer needs. We’ve learnt so much about what makes remote design work successful, and the common pitfalls people experience – and everything we’ve learnt has helped us develop Sprintbase further.

Our tech team has been working at a remarkable pace to build new features to help you achieve even greater things. Thank you to everybody who has shared their views with us about what could make Sprintbase better. Please keep them coming.

With remote working here to stay, we want to help you get the most out of your remote innovation work.

That’s why we’re launching the Sprintbase Spotlight Series – 30 minute webinars where we’ll showcase how you can use Sprintbase to run even more amazing workshops and projects.

Details for the first two sessions are below. They’re free to attend and, if you can’t make the live session, we’ll share the recording with you. Sign up for your free place now.

The business case for curiosity

Harvard Business School’s Professor Francesca Gino has conducted fascinating research into the power of curiosity in the workplace. Many of the most curious among us shy away from their natural bias to ask why, due to fears of being labelled as ‘out of line’ or ‘asking too many questions’.

Education Spotlight: Spare the Rod

At first glance, I wasn’t convinced that students pursuing their own projects could be effective. How can young students know what they should be prepared for? What if their interests are too abstract? What if they don’t know what skills are most important for them to learn?

How to run a great, short virtual design thinking workshop

Just because organizations are facing big challenges, it doesn’t mean they want – or can afford – to spend a long time solving them.
